Build a strong foundation for teaching yoga with clarity and confidence through this four-week residential training in Bali. Designed to deepen your personal practice while preparing you for a future in yoga teaching, this program places discipline, consistency, and daily practice at its core. It is especially well suited to beginners and students who want to understand the fundamentals of yoga in a structured, supportive environment.
Held at Sun YTTC, the course offers an accredited Yoga Alliance, USA certification and focuses on yogic principles, correct posture work, and effective classroom management. Students also gain confidence, improve their understanding of yoga, and develop the skills needed to guide others with greater ease. In addition to the 200-hour training, the school offers other yoga courses for intermediate and novice practitioners.
Set in the spiritual heart of Bali, this training blends ancient wisdom with the island’s natural beauty. The experience is designed to be immersive, transformative, and deeply supportive, allowing you to grow in your practice while moving toward certification as a yoga instructor.
The course includes 21 days of training in luxurious accommodation in Gianyar, opening and closing ceremonies, daily Ashtanga and Vinyasa classes, a student manual, yoga props and mats, three excursions to temples, rice fields, and the beach, and one Ayurvedic massage. Students also receive three daily vegetarian or vegan meals, except on Sundays.
The curriculum is designed for beginners and covers the Ashtanga Primary Series and Vinyasa Flow style training.
