This programme is designed to bridge these gaps through a thorough understanding of Yoga’s philosophical foundations and practical application.
The full course takes place at Yoga Gita Ashram, the science of consciousness ashram, about nine kilometers north of Mysore. The ashram borders the peaceful Kaveri River and offers views of diverse wildlife.
Surrounded by nature, you can enjoy the sounds of the river, crickets, and birds, along with beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and lush gardens.
Yoga Gita Ashram also hosts a range of programs, including Yoga Teacher Training Courses, Pancha Kosha Detoxification & Meditation Retreats, Silent Retreats, and Yoga Retreats, all supporting deeper self-exploration through dedicated sadhana.
You may fly into Bangalore (BLR) and arrive at Kempegowda International Airport. Airport pickup can be arranged for an additional fee. The ashram is about 170 kilometers from the airport, and a long-distance taxi can be arranged at the airport counter. You may also book an Uber or Ola taxi from the airport to Yoga Gita ashram, or take a domestic flight to Mysore Airport (MYQ) from cities such as Chennai or Hyderabad.
