Set in Rishikesh, Abhayaranya Yoga Ashram is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School (RYS 200, 300, 500) offering a fully residential yoga teacher training experience for practitioners of all levels. Whether you are just beginning your journey or already have an established practice, this immersive setting offers a calm and supportive space to deepen your study and personal growth.
The training includes traditional Hatha yoga, pranayama, meditation, anatomy, and philosophy, all delivered in line with international standards. On successful completion, participants receive a Yoga Alliance-accredited certificate, which qualifies them to register as RYT 200 or RYT 500 and teach yoga worldwide.
The course fee is all-inclusive and covers the full curriculum, comfortable accommodation, nourishing vegetarian meals, and all study materials.
200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
This foundational 21-day program is designed to build a strong base in yoga practice and teaching. You will explore asana, breathwork, and meditation, while also studying anatomy, teaching methodology, and philosophy. The training follows Yoga Alliance standards, and graduates may register as RYT 200.
