Located in Rishikesh, Abhayaranya Yoga Ashram is a Yoga Alliance registered school offering RYS 200, 300, and 500 programs. This fully residential Yoga Teacher Training in India is open to all levels, giving both beginners and experienced practitioners a शांत, supportive space to deepen their practice in an ashram environment.

The training includes traditional Hatha yoga, pranayama, meditation, anatomy, and philosophy. Designed to meet international standards, the course leads to a Yoga Alliance-accredited certificate upon completion, allowing graduates to register as RYT 200 or RYT 500 and teach yoga worldwide.

Your course fee is all-inclusive and covers the full curriculum, comfortable accommodation, nourishing vegetarian meals, and all study materials.

200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

This foundational 21-day program covers yoga postures, breathwork, and meditation, along with anatomy, teaching methodology, and philosophy. It is an intensive course aligned with Yoga Alliance standards, and graduates are eligible to register as RYT 200.
