Set in Rishikesh, India, this 24-day residential yoga teacher training at AdinYogpeeth is registered with Yoga Alliance USA and is designed for dedicated practitioners who want to deepen their personal practice and build the confidence to begin teaching. The course fee starts from $549 and includes accommodation, three meals per day, free pickup from Dehradun airport, and a Sunday excursion. After successful completion, graduates may register as RYT-200 and teach yoga internationally.
The training follows a steady daily rhythm that combines practical sessions, theory classes, self-study, rest, and reflection. Living at the school removes the need for daily travel, allowing students to focus fully on learning in the yoga capital of the world. The curriculum is structured so the different subjects support one another: anatomy explains the body in posture, alignment supports safe practice, and philosophy gives context and meaning. Pranayama and meditation are not only studied, but practiced regularly throughout the course.

Students who complete the training receive an Adi Yogpeeth Yoga Teacher Training Certificate for the programme completed. Adi Yogpeeth is a Yoga Alliance registered school, and applicable recognition depends on the specific training and its requirements. Upon graduation, you leave with a stronger personal practice, a clearer understanding of traditional yoga, and a foundation for teaching with structure, awareness, and responsibility.
Rishikesh is also part of the experience, offering space for practice, exploration, and reflection. Students may witness the evening Ganga Aarti, a moving ritual of prayer, light, and devotion on the banks of the sacred Ganga. The school has 7 teachers covering diverse areas of yoga.
International students should arrange the appropriate Indian visa before traveling. The nearest airport is Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun (DED), and pickup may be arranged according to the course and pickup policy.
