Set in India, this 14-day immersion is designed for anyone who wants to deepen their practice through a structured, supportive yoga experience. It is especially well suited to yoga enthusiasts seeking a shorter retreat-style training, those with limited time, participants who are not focused on certification but want to explore yoga, pranayama, and meditation in community, and experienced practitioners or teachers looking to revisit the foundations of Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow.
This program is integrated with the 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga TTC, so participants learn alongside trainees from both courses. The daily rhythm follows the same schedule, running from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm, with weekends excluded. The full stay lasts 14 days, including check-in and check-out, and a slightly shorter stay may be arranged if needed.
Core classes include:
Note: This 100-hour course is intended to deepen understanding of Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow yoga, but it does not provide the qualifications or tools to teach yoga.
The training blends a modified Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series with energizing Vinyasa Flow practices, while also including bonus Yin Yoga classes. Philosophy sessions explore the wisdom of Patanjali and the Yoga Sutras, and the approach remains modern, inclusive, and open to creativity, intuition, and individual spiritual experience.
Training topics cover:
Upon successful completion, participants receive a 100-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training certification. The school has been a registered international yoga school with Yoga Alliance since 2009, and graduates of a 200-hour training from another school may be able to register this certificate as CEPs.
Students are integrated into the same group as the 200-hour TTC. Some classes are mandatory and others optional, but at least 100 hours of training must be completed. Lifetime access to the online pre-study module is included and highly recommended before arrival. Daily participation is strongly encouraged in the morning Ashtanga Vinyasa classes, morning and afternoon Vinyasa Flow classes, and pranayama and meditation practices.
