Overview
This 14-day immersion is designed for students who want a focused and enriching yoga experience in India without committing to a longer training. It is ideal for yoga enthusiasts seeking a structured program and a supportive community, as well as for those with limited time who would still like the atmosphere of a restorative retreat. The course also suits participants who are less interested in certification, but eager to deepen their practice through yoga, pranayama, and meditation.
It is especially well suited to those who want to explore Ashtanga yoga and Vinyasa flow, including practitioners with experience in other styles, graduates of an online teacher training, and qualified teachers from different traditions who wish to revisit the foundations of Ashtanga and Vinyasa.
What to Expect
This 100-hour training is integrated with the 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga TTC, so participants learn alongside trainees from both programs and share classes throughout the course. The program runs for 14 days, including check-in and check-out, though a slightly shorter stay may be possible if needed.
Daily life follows the same rhythm as the 200-hour training, with sessions from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm, excluding weekends. The schedule includes two asana classes focused on Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow, pranayama and meditation sessions, yoga philosophy, alignment and hands-on adjustment workshops, yoga anatomy, and teaching principles.
Please note: this 100-hour course is intended to deepen your understanding of Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow yoga, but it does not qualify you to teach yoga.
Course Focus
The training centers on a modified Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series and dynamic Vinyasa Flow, supported by philosophy, anatomy, and practical teaching foundations. You will study the traditional Ashtanga system and the yoga sutras, while also enjoying bonus Yin Yoga classes.
The teaching style is traditional in content yet modern in approach, encouraging creativity, intuition, and personal experience. The course is inclusive and open-minded, welcoming students from all backgrounds and belief systems.

The school has been a registered international yoga school with Yoga Alliance since 2009, and its training and certifications are recognized worldwide.
