2 Days Basic Spiritual Retreat

If you have only a short time in Nepal, this retreat offers a meaningful way to slow down, recharge, and connect with a meditative atmosphere through yoga and meditation. Even a one-night stay may leave you feeling inspired to carry more peace and happiness into daily life. Rooted in Buddhist teachings, the program introduces two of the most widely practiced and beneficial meditation methods: Mindfulness of Breathing (anapana sati) and Loving Kindness Meditation (metta bhavana).

First Day:

14:00 welcome and short hiking to the village mountain

16:30 Kundalini Meditation and Reiki healing for emotional well-being

18:45 – 20:00 – Evening meditation celebration

20:00 - Dinner

Second Day:

8:00 - 9:00 – Kriya Yoga

9:00-10:00 – Hatha Yoga

Breakfast

11:30- 13:00 – Buddhist Philosophy and meditation
