Participants will explore key guidelines for pregnancy-related exercise, including how to adapt poses to create space for a growing belly while also encouraging functional movement patterns that support healthy physiological positioning and birth. The training also covers how to structure prenatal classes with clear sequencing principles, along with important considerations such as body temperature management and movement support across each trimester.
This course offers valuable knowledge for teachers and practitioners working with prenatal students, and the hours may be applied toward a 300-hour certificate through Hot Asana Yoga University or used to meet continuing education requirements.
