YOUR 14-NIGHT REBALANCE PROGRAM INCLUDES:

Ten 90-minute Rebalancing bodywork sessions with your dedicated, highly skilled therapist, who will come to understand your individual needs and shape a personalized progression of care. Each session is designed to address physical imbalance, help restore alignment in the body, and encourage deep relaxation and release.

In addition, you will receive everything included in the core Rejuvenation Retreat.

This retreat program is ideal for anyone seeking the deepest level of relaxation and repair, and it is especially supportive for guests experiencing neurological or structural imbalance, physical trauma, adrenal fatigue, or physical pain and limitations that affect mobility, movement, and vitality.

Because the body holds both physical and emotional pain in its tissues, this nurturing and highly customized retreat program can also bring relief to those who want to calm the nervous system while gently releasing stuck energy that may be showing up as physical or emotional imbalance.

You will be held in a deeply supportive container, with the same experienced massage therapist throughout all sessions. This continuity allows your therapist to become familiar with your body’s unique needs and support targeted progress over time.

SPECIAL FEATURES

We are home to the School of Rebalancing, founded by Menlha Bruneau, who also founded Hacienda del Sol. Our Rebalancing Structural Bodywork Therapists are trained by Menlha to read the body, recognizing what is already in balance and identifying what can be improved to create greater ease and comfort.

Your expert therapist then creates a custom sequence of sessions that works through each area of the body using specialized joint mobilization and deep tissue release techniques.

These ten 90-minute sessions specifically support:

• Recovery from exhaustion through a deep nervous system and adrenal reset
• Release of physical and emotional pain stored in the body as a trauma response to a stressor or series of stressors
• Physical recovery after accidents or surgeries, with greater ease and mobility
• Body toning and a gentle detox of lymphatic tissues and toxins stored in the body, helping reduce swelling and bloating
• A soothing anti-inflammatory approach that supports healing on a cellular level

This program is a $1600 per person add-on.

It is in addition to the core Rejuvenation Retreat all-inclusive pricing.
