It is a 12-hour YACEP continuing education program, completed over one weekend with 6 hours each day.

Carolina Figares is an ERYT500 Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher.
She provides YACEP continuing education programs and also coordinates teacher trainings, workshops, and international retreats.
With studies in hatha, ashtanga, yin yoga, prenatal yoga, and yoga for children, she is a certified trainer at Yoga Kids and Peaceful Babes.
Carolina holds a degree in psychology, which supports her work as a guide for self-discovery and self-transformation. She has also completed Florida early child care and education training, including special needs.
She is the author of the kids yoga book “My First Sun Salutation”, created in collaboration with Pato Segovia, a Uruguayan illustrator.
