It has been a Registered Training Organisation since 2009 and welcomes students from across the globe, including Asia, Africa, Europe, South America, North America, and Oceania.
This program is created for people who want to deepen both their yoga practice and their ability to teach.
Throughout the course, students explore a blend of theory and hands-on learning. The training covers essential teaching foundations, safe and effective class delivery, and supervised teaching practice.
Learning takes place in a supportive environment, with practical sessions and guided teaching experience helping students put new knowledge into action.
Regular yoga classes are also part of the training schedule, encouraging personal practice and a stronger connection with the course content.
The course was a great opportunity to grow as a human being, to create a sense of community, to learn how to conduct a safe and good yoga class. I am so happy I did it. One of the best courses of my life.

This environment that you all continually create is so valuable. I have never felt more supported and safe in my entire life than I do here at Purna. I never want to leave. I have such love, admiration and respect for absolutely everyone here. You are all absolutely fantastic!
