This 110-hour training is ideal for certified yoga teachers who want to refine their skills and broaden their knowledge. Participants can:

Anatomy & Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training Program
The curriculum is designed to create a deep personal connection with yoga through experiential learning rather than memorization. This approach builds confidence in teaching and in responding to different situations. The training covers the essential foundations of yoga, and ongoing support is provided by the school and teachers after the course.
Course syllabus
- Anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics: Human body systems, limb movement, and how they relate to a safe yoga practice.
- Pranayama and the subtle body: The effects of pranayama on anatomy and the subtle body, with safe sequencing, alternatives, and adaptations, including Ujjayi, Nadi Shodhana, Kapalabhati, and more. Also includes Koshas, Gunas, chakras, and nadis.
- Techniques, training, and practice: Daily yoga class, demonstration skills, benefits and contraindications, modifications for different levels, and the use of props and tools.
- Meditation: Lectures and practices, with guidance on integrating meditation into yoga classes and daily life.
- History & yoga philosophy: The Eight Limbs of Yoga by Patanjali, plus mythology and the history behind asanas.
- Teaching methodology: Safe and effective sequencing of asana, pranayama, and meditation; class planning with confidence and creativity; alignment principles; contraindications; and guiding principles.
- Professional development: Communication skills, clarity of intention, classroom management, the business of yoga, continuing education, scope of practice, and code of conduct.
- Practicum: Teaching practice in a supportive environment, with feedback from experienced teachers and observation of other classes.
Course structure
Daily schedule
The course starts as soon as you enroll, with a 20-hour online Yoga Anatomy component that must be completed before the in-person training begins. The Bali training begins at 2:00 pm with a welcome circle and ends on the final day with a graduation ceremony.

7:00 to 8:30 – Yoga, meditation & pranayama practice
8:30 to 9:15 – Breakfast break
9:15 to 12:00/12:30 – Lecture
12:00/12:30 to 14:00 – Lunch break
14:00 to 16:30 – Lecture, workshop
16:30 to 17:30/18:00 – Yoga, meditation & pranayama practice

This accredited yoga teacher training in Bali allows graduates to register the hours as Continuing Education, with YACEP certification.

To ensure high-quality study and personalized attention, the group size is limited to 16 students.
