1:1 Energy & Sound Healing

A ceremony of connection and self-devotion, offering a deeply immersive journey that begins with hands-on energy healing and flows into a crystalline sound bath.

This healing experience is dedicated to holding you through soul growth, transition, and transformation, creating space for you to receive exactly what you need in the moment.

Through hands-on energy healing, Rachel will help harmonise areas of stagnation in the body, supporting a return to the heart’s inner alignment. It is a nurturing space to release what no longer serves at a soul level, ease life areas that feel challenging, and invite expansion across all layers and timelines.

Following the energy healing, we will pause for a grounding plant-based snack and fruit-infused water before settling into a candlelit crystalline sound bath.

Rachel will offer a bespoke crystalline immersion designed to bring healing, harmony, and true alignment. As the soul is sonic, bathing in sound can open the way to deeper healing through the core of our being, awakening an inner soul remembrance.

In the stillness of the candlelit space, you will have time to integrate the healing energies and surrender into a restorative cocoon of blankets, bolsters, and pillows.
