Embracing impermanence and letting go
This module opens into the current of endings: the sacred movement of dissolution, surrender, and renewal that runs through all of life. It is a mystery that softens our defenses, strips us bare, and returns us to what is true.
Across cultures and eras, death has been received as a teacher of liberation. In Greece, Tibet, Bali, and beyond, death rituals have acted as prayers to the unseen and as bridges of continuity between worlds. These traditions honored grief and impermanence as essential parts of awakening.
Here, we turn toward the roots of yoga and tantric wisdom to create a steady space for exploring death as a guide. Through movement, breath, meditation, sound, and stillness, we meet the intelligence of endings and the reality that everything changes.

Each session is a living prayer, inviting you to rest into what cannot be held forever and to find peace in impermanence, the force that gives life its meaning.
