100 HOURS SOUND-HEALING CERTIFICATION TRAINING PROGRAM - MODULE 1 – August 14 - 16, 2026

This weekend-based training is designed to offer flexibility, with participants able to attend individual modules. Those who complete all three weekends will receive a Certificate of Completion totaling 100 hours. Across the program, you will explore the core dimensions of sacred sound, deepen your confidence in leading private sessions and group sound baths, and learn how to choose the most effective sound tools for virtual sound healing experiences. By the end of each module, participants will have the practical understanding needed to begin integrating sound healing into therapeutic settings.

MODULE 1

The Fundamental Principles of Sound Healing from the Ancient Shamanic Tradition to New Science, followed by Tuning Fork Studies

FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES OF SOUND HEALING

• History of sound healing through the ages
• Cymatics
• Sound and intention
• Principles of resonance, entrainment, rhythm, melody, harmony, pitch, and timbre
• Shamanistic sound frequencies
• Journeying with sacred sound

TUNING FORK STUDIES

• Introduction to different types of tuning forks and their best use
• Hands-on practice with a tuning fork protocol
• Ways to integrate tuning forks into personal life and professional practice to support therapeutic outcomes
• A clinical session on using tuning forks in a private session
• A clinical session on using tuning forks in a sound bath
• Friday and Saturday evening sound bath

SAGE tuition: $699 per weekend

Tuition option: 50% down upon registration, with the balance due one month before the retreat starts.

Training takes place at Sage Academy of Sound & Woodstock Yoga Center, 6 Deming Street in Woodstock, NY.
