This 100-hour children yoga training retreat in Rishikesh, India offers a structured and practical introduction to yoga teaching with a strong focus on children. The program covers both theory and practice, helping participants understand how to guide yoga for children of different age groups, with attention to their physical, emotional, and developmental needs. It is open to anyone who wishes to teach yoga to children.
Our yoga courses and retreats follow a traditional, yogic lifestyle approach. We stay rooted in authentic schools of yoga and spirituality such as Ramakrishna Mission, Sri Aurobindo Society, Yogoda Satsang Society of India, Bihar School of Yoga, and others. We do not teach modern trends such as Iyengar, Ashtanga, Acro, Yin, Vikram, Power, or similar styles. Drawing on our educational and cultural background, we offer a safe, relaxed, and supportive environment where students can learn, heal, and grow. Compassion, kindness, and love are at the heart of our teaching, and we provide strong pre- and post-course support for your questions and growth.
Upon successful completion of the training, students will receive a certification for the 100-hour children yoga training retreat.
Participants should already have experience with yoga practices and have completed another yoga training, such as a 200-hour YTTC.
