An immersive 11-day, 10-night yoga teacher training is offered at Sun YTTC in Rishikesh, India, through the 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training. Designed for those who want to study yogic disciplines in a structured and comprehensive way, this short course is especially supportive for beginners and for anyone who has practiced yoga casually and now wishes to go deeper.
The program introduces the essentials of yoga while maintaining a strong focus on practice, knowledge, and personal growth. By bringing together body, mind, and soul, the curriculum aims to support both spiritual development and a more complete understanding of yoga. It is also a suitable option for students who aspire to become certified yoga teachers but do not have the time to complete a 200-hour training.
Offered every month, this 100-hour yoga TTC is ideal for anyone looking to strengthen their practice, refresh their energy, and reconnect with themselves in the peaceful setting of Rishikesh.
At The Sun YTTC, students train in a school known for authentic yogic teachings and a strong commitment to quality education. The course is suitable for beginners as well as intermediate-level students, and it is designed to deepen practice while opening the path toward teaching.
This training is built to help you understand yoga more fully, explore its spiritual dimension, and develop the confidence to share it with others. Successful completion brings Yoga Alliance recognized certification.
The training begins with yogic detoxification through Shatkarma, the internal cleansing of the body. Students are introduced to the theory and practice of each cleansing technique, along with its benefits.
