A short yet intensive yoga teacher training is available at Sun YTTC in Rishikesh, India, designed for those who want a structured introduction to yogic study. Spanning 11 days and 10 nights, this 100-hour program is ideal for beginners, regular practitioners, and anyone seeking a focused path toward deeper understanding.
The course is created for students who may be new to yoga or have practiced casually and now want to explore its foundations in a more disciplined way. Through a balanced blend of theory and practice, the training supports physical, mental, and spiritual growth while helping participants connect body, mind, and soul.

At The Sun YTTC, the focus is on authentic yogic education delivered in the peaceful setting of Rishikesh. The training combines traditional wisdom with practical learning, making it suitable for anyone who wants to deepen their practice or begin a teaching journey.
