This intensive programme combines traditional yoga wisdom with a modern, supportive learning environment at our Tapovan ashram, where every day is shaped by discipline, awareness, and personal growth.
Led by experienced instructors and international yoga asana champions, the course brings together Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga with a strong focus on alignment, safety, sequencing, and teaching methodology. The training is structured to help you build confidence step by step, whether you are beginning your teaching journey or expanding your existing skills.
With a maximum of 12 students per batch, the programme ensures close guidance, hands-on support, and space for individual attention throughout the training. Upcoming batches begin on May 1, 2026, June 1, 2026, July 1, 2026, and August 1, 2026.
This 100-hour yoga teacher training offers a complete introduction to the foundations of aerial-inspired practice, traditional asana work, and the deeper layers of yoga education. It is designed to support both body and mind through a balance of movement, breathwork, meditation, and reflective study.
Set in Rishikesh, the Yoga Capital of the World, the course connects you to the spirit of yogic tradition while introducing creative, contemporary methods for teaching and practice. The peaceful surroundings of the Himalayas and the sacred Ganga create an atmosphere that supports focus, healing, and self-discovery.
The schedule is designed to balance physical practice, theory, and teaching experience. Mornings begin with meditation and pranayama, followed by aerial asana practice. Later sessions include anatomy and alignment workshops, yoga philosophy, teaching methodology, aerial flow and sequencing, Yin or restorative yoga, and evening sound healing or meditation.
The routine may vary slightly depending on batch size and instructor availability.
This training is open to practitioners at every level. No previous aerial yoga or silk hammock experience is required. It is suitable for:

Not included: flights, visa, travel insurance, personal expenses, and the Yoga Alliance registration fee of $50, paid directly to Yoga Alliance after completion.
Your stay includes comfortable private or shared rooms with attached bathrooms and hot water, Wi-Fi, filtered drinking water, daily housekeeping, and 24-hour security. Three fresh sattvic vegetarian meals are served daily, along with herbal tea and light snacks during breaks.
On completion, graduates receive a Yoga Alliance YACEP certificate, a class sequencing manual, an equipment setup guide, and lifetime access to the alumni WhatsApp group for continued support and teaching tips.
