Step away from the limits of daily life and immerse yourself in a training experience designed to expand both body and mind. In the serene setting of Kerala, often called “God’s own country,” this course offers a meaningful path toward inner peace, mindfulness, and a deeper connection with yourself.
Rooted in the wisdom of ancient Indian sages, the program introduces the teachings of the Yoga Sutras and the philosophy of Patanjali, offering guidance for those seeking clarity, balance, and a strong foundation in yoga. Surrounded by nature and supported by a community of like-minded practitioners, you will have the space to grow in confidence and discover your potential.
This 100-hour yoga teacher training course is designed for those who want a focused and time-conscious introduction to teaching. It provides the essential knowledge needed to begin your journey as a yoga teacher, while also supporting your personal practice and self-discovery. Upon completion, you will receive an internationally recognized certificate that allows you to teach yoga worldwide.
The curriculum includes:
Training also covers the basics of Ayurveda, practical guidance for leading a class, and useful teaching tools to help you begin your own classes with confidence. Each subject is taught by experienced specialists, ensuring a high standard of learning throughout the course.
The 2-week program follows a yogic daily rhythm, beginning at sunrise and including breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea breaks, and supper. This creates a holistic experience that supports both study and practice.
Held in Kerala, near the Arabian Sea, the course combines professional training with scenic beauty, rich culture, traditional architecture, and nourishing food. Comfortable accommodation and healthy meals are included, and the certificate awarded at the end is globally recognized. The school is registered with Yoga Alliance (RYS100), and successful participants receive the 100-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate (RYT100), accredited by Yoga Alliance, USA, and recognized by the International Yoga Federation. The course is also certified by the Indian Yoga Alliance.
Over the full 2 weeks, you will train with experienced teachers and complete all 6 modules of the course. Final evaluation includes oral, written, and practical assessment, with no exam pressure—only a chance to reflect on what you have learned.
Contact hours involve direct learning with faculty, while non-contact hours may include readings, videos, webinars, written assignments, group activities, and outside class evaluations. Of the 100 required hours, 90 must be contact hours, with 62.5 assigned to specific educational categories and 27.5 to electives. The remaining 10 hours may be contact or non-contact hours.
You may arrive anytime before 10:00 AM on the start date, with the opening ceremony taking place at 4:30 PM. Certificates are distributed after successful completion, followed by a closing ceremony, and departure is scheduled after breakfast the same day.
Early arrival or a longer stay is available for an additional daily fee of $24 USD for accommodation and $10 USD for food, including 3 meals per day. Taxi transfers are $30 USD within Thiruvananthapuram (TRV) and $95 USD from Cochin.
Note: The schedule may vary from week to week. Mantra, Teaching Methodology, and Ayurveda sessions are held on alternate weeks. Loose, breathable cotton clothing is strongly recommended for comfort during practice, and leggings are discouraged due to concerns about synthetic fabrics treated with PFAS and BPA.
Registration and deposit are required to reserve your place. After payment, a confirmation email will be sent with booking details and a link for any remaining balance. The deposit confirms both your spot and accommodation and is non-refundable. The remaining amount may be paid upon arrival.
If you cancel 10 days before the course start date, the deposit will be forfeited, while the remaining amount will be refunded or transferred to another date. Cancellations made on or after the 10th day before the start date are 100% non-refundable.
