This 100-hour advanced Tantra and Kundalini yoga teacher training in Mysore, India, invites dedicated practitioners, yoga teachers, and sincere seekers into a deep exploration of the energetic and spiritual dimensions of yoga. Designed for those ready to move beyond surface-level study, the program offers an immersive path into authentic Tantra and Kundalini practices.
Held in a ΰ€Άΰ€Ύΰ€ΰ€€, nature-rich setting near Srirangapatna and along the serene Cauvery river, the course supports introspection, inner stillness, and transformation. Over 8 days and 7 nights, participants follow 7β8 hours of daily practice and study, with no rest days, creating a focused environment for steady progress and embodied learning.
Grounded in classical yogic and tantric traditions, the training blends ancient wisdom with practical application. Each day is carefully structured to build energetic capacity, sharpen awareness, and awaken the dormant force of Kundalini. Under guided supervision, students work with asana, pranayama, kriya, bandha, mantra, mudra, and dhyana (meditation), all within the framework of tantric principles and the chakra system.
The course emphasizes energetic embodiment, ritual, and inner alchemy, while also making space for self-inquiry, group discussion, and guided journaling. These elements help participants integrate the teachings into both their teaching and personal path. The training also separates myth from fact, offering authentic insight rooted in traditional texts and lived experience.
