This holistic yoga teacher training is designed to offer both the technical foundation and the cultural context needed to teach yoga with a grounded, human-centered approach. It views the individual as an inseparable whole of body, mind, and emotions, in harmony with the surrounding environment and with life itself. Technically, the training is inspired by the combined study of asana, sequences, and pranayama, rooted in the orthodox teachings of Hatha Yoga passed down by respected yoga gurus.
Alongside practice, the course explores the philosophy and practical application of the core principles found in the yoga sutras. Its approach is secular, phenomenological, and systemic, preparing future teachers to serve as discreet yet effective guides in the complexity of modern life. The aim is to help students reconnect with the source of life through balanced work in both body and mind.
The program supports yoga practitioners who wish to deepen their understanding of yoga as part of the Vedic sciences and develop the skills needed to teach. Training includes analytical study of teaching methods, guided practice of the techniques, anatomy and physiology with direct application to yoga, philosophy and traditional texts, and the principles of demonstrating asanas with appropriate language and voice.
Systemic Phenomenology and the Art of Helping
Teachers are also prepared from a scientific perspective, with attention to anatomy, physiology, psychosomatics, and modern systemic therapy methods. This helps them understand the right moment and the right way to offer support, while also managing relational and negotiation aspects with sensitivity. The 100 hour holistic yoga TTC is intended for those who already practice yoga and want to expand their knowledge, whether for personal growth or to begin teaching.
Setting goals and achieving them builds self-confidence, and yoga can support that process on both a physical and emotional level. The training also includes the study of contemporary therapists and the person as an inseparable part of a larger system. Students are invited into a safe, welcoming family environment where classroom teaching and experiential self-work lead to a deeper understanding of reality beyond purely deterministic thinking.
Program
This course is a meaningful journey into deeper inner discovery. It offers a rich study of yoga, shaped not only by its content and practice, but also by the loving intention behind every detail of the experience.
Certification
Students who complete the training will receive a 100 Hour Yoga TTC Certificate from the school.
