The 10 day/9 night Ayahuasca retreat includes five Ayahuasca ceremonies, carefully arranged to support a deep and gradual process. The program begins with two consecutive ceremony days, followed by a day of rest. It then continues with another two back-to-back ceremonies, a day set aside for reflection and integration, and finally the closing Arkana ceremony.

La Medicina is free from light and EMF pollution, and the facilities include solar-powered lighting, hot showers, flush toilets, and spring-fed water systems. Guests can choose from several accommodation options to suit different preferences, including double rooms, single rooms, and eco-tambos for those seeking a more traditional stay. Most rooms feature a connected terrace, offering a private outdoor space for relaxation. All rooms, except the eco-tambo and two rooms in Casa Nueva, have their own bathroom. Hammocks are provided for each room, along with a dedicated place to hang and enjoy them.
The Ayahuasca retreat center in Peru also offers a rare chance to be fully immersed in nature. A network of paths allows guests to explore the Jungle safely and connect more deeply with the natural environment, helping create the right state of mind for communicating with Ayahuasca. Chacruna grows abundantly along the trails, and one path leads to a large Ayahuasca vine that has been growing on the property for around ten years. The land is also home to a variety of other Master Plants, including Chiric Sanango, Bobinsana, Patiquina Negra, Toe, Katawa, and many others.
This fully contained studio is designed for single occupancy and offers a comfortable, practical stay with everything close at hand. Inside, you’ll find a kitchen with a dining table, a private toilet, and a hot shower, creating a convenient setup for a relaxing retreat experience. The room features a queen-size bed with the highest quality bedding and mattress at La Medicina, along with a hammock for quiet moments of rest.
Room 2 also includes a terrace with a coffee table and seating for two, available for guests staying in Rooms 1 and 2. Centrally located, the studio is just a short distance from the dining room, chiloka, and fire pit, making it especially suitable for guests who may have difficulty with stairs. At the same time, its central position means it may not offer complete privacy from sound, as voices from nearby gathering areas can carry into the room.
Set within Casa Huespedes, these rooms offer a comfortable and peaceful stay with a private bath and hot shower. Each space is designed for simple relaxation, with access to a porch featuring a chair and hammock, along with a shared living room for a more communal atmosphere.
Conveniently located in the center of the property, the house is just a short walk from the dining area, chiloka, and the fire pit. The layout creates an easy balance between privacy and connection, making it a welcoming option for guests who want comfort and proximity to the main gathering spaces.
This house includes three rooms and is well suited for both single occupancy and shared stays. The double shared room is ideal for two people and comes with a private toilet and hot shower, plus a private porch or terrace with a rocking chair and hammock.
Set within Casa Vista, these rooms may be among the property’s most beautiful accommodations, thanks to their elevated position on a hill overlooking the jungle. The setting offers a sense of privacy and calm, with minimal noise from human activity and a peaceful atmosphere for those seeking a quieter stay.
Room 7 includes a terrace with a hammock and a chair, along with a private bathroom featuring a hot shower. Room 6 and Room 7 share a living room and kitchen, creating a comfortable space for relaxed mornings and easy evenings. A private library in the living room adds a thoughtful touch for guests who enjoy reading and unwinding indoors. The bed is twin size.
Please note that the house is reached by a number of stairs due to its hillside location, so it is not recommended for guests with mobility issues.
