The voucher is valid for the specified program date: if a specific date is listed in the service description, that date applies; if no date is provided, the voucher’s own validity period applies.
The voucher may be used once only; the program and validity periods do not overlap.
If the voucher is not used on the stated date or the reservation is canceled less than 72 hours before the start of the service or event, the voucher is considered used. The validity period is not extended or transferred to another date.
The gift voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
If the total value of services is lower than the nominal value of the gift voucher, no change is given.
Once the voucher validity period ends without being used, the service is considered provided, the voucher becomes invalid, and it cannot be exchanged for other services, goods, or money.
