Yoga has been part of Victor’s life in one form or another since his early twenties, and it did not take long for him to experience how deeply the practice can support both body and mind. During difficult periods, it became a source of strength and healing, and over time it grew into his greatest passion. Although he was already a teacher by profession, he soon began sharing what he learned through classes and personal practice with others.
Victor has studied a wide range of yoga styles, including Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yoga Therapy, and Yin yoga, and has completed a total of 1000 hours of teacher training in different parts of India. Alongside his Indian education, he has also trained with leading teachers in London and with his guru Jani Jaatinen in Malaysia. This blend of influences has shaped a teaching style that brings together the wisdom of traditional Eastern methods and the clarity of modern Western approaches.
His classes are inclusive, exploratory, and centered on the connection between mind and body, proper alignment, and safe adjustments. Victor believes yoga is more than a practice, it is a way of life, and that every student’s journey is personal and unique. He is committed to helping people discover and deepen their own experience of yoga.
