Description
I am Vaiva, instructor of Conscious Breathing/Re-Breathing/Deep Circulatory Breathing, healer, practitioner of Tibetan Buddhism.
for me, conscious breathing is not only a daily practice that I use for inner cleansing and cleanliness, transformation of inner states, connection with the "inner self", balance and harmony. Conscious breathing is a way of life for me. I am constantly amazed at how easily and quickly it allows me to regulate myself, to stay within myself in the midst of the turmoil around me, and how it helps me to stay balanced and relaxed as I navigate the challenges of everyday life.
conscious breathing came into my life when I was looking for a way to get out of a difficult state of emotional trauma. One of the first sessions of conscious breathing I experienced was like a rebirth and a return to a new life. I felt as if an almighty higher power had opened wide a window of light, freedom and a new possibility for me to come out of the dark, cramped cage in which I had trapped myself. I was finally free to breathe freely and widely with my whole body... and I did... life energy, light, freedom, joy, enthusiasm, security... I breathed life itself... And it happened in one session !
As I continued with the practice, my breathing changed, and so did my inner state, thoughts, emotions, my body was revitalised and liberated, my attitude broadened and I became interested in self-development and spiritual practices.
After experiencing the powerful transformative effects of conscious breathing, I never let it go. I practiced and studied with the talented breath masters Dan Brulê, Dalia Beata Kasmauskaitė and Martynas Driukas. They were and are my guides not only for breathing but also for life. I feel a constant connection with them, both in my practice and in my sessions.
i have experienced very deep, life-changing sessions. During one of them, there was a clear realisation and inspiration that I can and must share this powerful practice with others. The practice as a very effective tool to change oneself, to expand one's consciousness and thus to give meaning to one's human life. Because conscious breathing is also a deep spiritual practice.
for me, conscious breathing is the best friend, teacher and healer that reliably guides me on the path of personal healing and growth. And each of us, our personal growth is part of the overall growth and healing of society. It is our personal positive contribution to a better and happier life for humanity. And I see great meaning in that.
