With a background in food service, hospitality, and housekeeping, Sarah Leach brings a warm, caring presence to every space she supports. Raised in Eatonville, Washington, and a graduate of Northwest University in Kirkland, she has spent much of her life serving others in meaningful, practical ways. Her experience includes working as a kindergarten teacher and running her own daycare for several years, giving her a deep understanding of what it takes to create a welcoming environment where people can feel comfortable and cared for.

As a mother of three teenagers, Sarah knows the value of good food, a clean setting, and thoughtful details that help others thrive. She also stays actively involved with Young Life in the Upper Valley alongside her husband, Rob, reflecting her commitment to community and connection. Her background and heart for service make her a steady, compassionate presence in any wellness or retreat setting.
