Rob Leach brings a grounded, service-minded presence to Ingalls Creek, shaped by a lifelong connection to outdoor life and community. Raised in Tacoma, Washington, he studied in Eastern Washington University’s Outdoor Recreation Program and later earned a BA in Business Management from the University of Nevada. His background includes serving at several other camps, as well as 15 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry.
Rob and his wife, Sarah, are excited to continue their shared passion for camping ministry alongside their three children, Jason, Gretchen, and Amelia. Together, they are thrilled to join the team at Ingalls Creek, a place they cherish deeply. Outside of work, Rob enjoys cycling, volunteering with Sarah as a Young Life leader, and spending quality time with his family.
