Originally from Malang, East Java, Indonesia, Rima brings a gentle, grounded presence to every guest experience. Calm, kind, and always ready to help, she is known for making people feel welcome and cared for from the very first moment. Although her background began in engineering, her path eventually led her to hospitality, where she now shares her warmth and genuine attention with everyone she meets.
A devoted mother of three sons, Rima also lives with a lively love for animals and a full home of dogs. Her nurturing nature shines through in the way she supports guests and creates a friendly, comforting atmosphere. She also leads the Mandala Workshop during the opening ceremony, a meaningful session that has been especially appreciated by past guests.
