
Rev. Lynice Pinkard is a Black writer, teacher, healer, pastor, recovering addict, and public intellectual whose work lives at the crossroads of Christianity, economics, and social change. Her teaching is rooted in a deep commitment to decolonizing the human spirit and helping people move beyond what she describes as “empire affective disorder.” Through her presence and voice, she invites others into a more grounded, liberated way of being.
Her current focus is on inspiring and nurturing a new generation of Spirit-filled servant leaders. She supports those committed to easing everyday suffering, strengthening collective resilience, and contributing to transformative change. Her work also centers the pursuit of structural and systemic justice, making space for reflection, healing, and meaningful action.
