Pascal’s heritage blends Syrian and French Canadian lineages.
For the last decade, plant medicines and the communities that care for them have played a defining role in his path. Psychedelic experiences have supported him in healing chronic depression and social anxiety, while also helping him grow into a more present father, partner, and member of community.
At the heart of his work is a clear intention: to plant small seeds of kindness and compassion in service of a more harmonious world, one rooted in authentic connection with one another and with the living web that sustains us.
Pascal co-founded the Psychedelic Association of Canada. He also spent seven years co-leading Good Kind, a strategy and design agency serving socially conscious organizations, where he contributed to initiatives focused on climate justice, social equity, and Indigenous rights.
He meets each person and each moment as a teacher, moving through life as a devoted student. His perspective is shaped by Buddhism, Hinduism, Sikhism, Japanese Zen, Indigenous plant shamanism, and contemporary mindfulness practices.
Among the spiritual voices that continue to guide him are Pema Chödrön, Adyashanti, Alan Watts, Jon Kabat-Zinn, and Paramahansa Yogananda.
His integration practices bring body and spirit together through kirtan, yoga, bodywork, music, ecstatic dance, art-making, play, and time in nature.
