My yoga journey began in my teens in Brazil, where dance opened the door to a deeper connection between body and spirit. What started as movement and art gradually unfolded into a profound spiritual path, eventually bringing me to California, the teachings of Baba Hari Dass, and years of community living, self-study, and service at Mount Madonna, SSCY’s sister community in California. Community life and spiritual practice continue to nourish me deeply.
I see myself as a lifelong student of yoga and ayurveda, two sister sciences from sacred India that continue to guide both my personal path and my work with others. I am also deeply committed to exploring the relationship between spirituality and business, and to the role consciousness plays in creating thriving spiritual communities.
My top three interests outside of work are nature, music, and laughter.
What I love most about the Centre is the opportunity to give back by holding space for others on their path of healing and self-discovery while continuing to walk my own.
