My personal path into yoga began in 1991, when I entered the inspiring world of classical Hatha yoga. In 2001, after an intensive four-year training with the GGF, I passed the exam to become a certified yoga teacher, officially recognized by GGF, BDY, and EYU. This solid foundation was further enriched by renowned professors such as L. Chariase and Dr. L. M. Garothe from the Kaivalyadhama Institute in India, who accompanied my final examination.
As a trained nurse, the well-being of people has always been close to my heart. Through yoga, I discovered the transformative power of yoga therapy: strengthening the body, awakening mindfulness, and supporting long-term wellness. Breathwork deepens relaxation on a mental level and continues to guide me in everyday life.
Over the years, my practice has become more dynamic, which brings me great fulfillment. I studied and became certified with Dr. Ronald Steiner in Ashtanga yoga. This variety is open to all participants. My focus is on mindful alignment in the postures or on flowing meditative practice, helping people reconnect with the body, its limits, and its needs.
I love teaching in a flexible way, adapting to the level of each group, whether through Ashtanga or Vinyasa sequences. Certified classes for children and pregnant women complete my range.
For me, yoga is a way of life: mindfulness, maintaining health, joy, and mental strength. In today’s fast-paced world, yoga helps me find inner calm and experience myself as a whole again.
