Mahda first came to yoga in 2016, while working in the corporate world as a copywriter. What initially drew her in were the Sanskrit asana names, inspired by nature and animals, but she soon discovered that yoga offers far more than physical postures alone. That deeper understanding led her to Rishikesh in 2019, where she completed a 200-hour teacher training and expanded her path in a meaningful way.
Her personal practice blends Ashtanga and Vinyasa, supported by the steady rhythm of Ujjayi breath and a strong sense of mindfulness in every movement. For Mahda, teaching is an act of courage and care: a way to share a practice that continues to support her own growth. She finds the greatest joy in seeing students evolve, build confidence, and feel more connected and at home in their bodies.
In her Mindful Flow classes, Mahda offers a gentle, creative approach that invites the breath to lead both on and off the mat, becoming a grounding anchor for practice and for everyday life.
