Born in the remote Q'eros community, Maestro Santiago comes from what is often described as the last living Inca lineage, keepers of profound ancestral wisdom. From an early age, his parents and grandparents guided him in the sacred traditions of his people, teaching him to follow a path of wisdom, live in harmony with nature, and offer gratitude to Pachamama, the sacred constellations, and all living beings that sustain life.
Now 78, Santiago has spent more than five decades supporting and healing others through his knowledge, ceremonies, and spiritual guidance. His humility, inner strength, and devotion have earned him deep respect within his community and among those who travel from afar to learn from him. Today, he continues to embody the living spirit of the Andes, carrying ancient traditions into the present.
