Leydi Johanka Ramirez Lopez is a medicine woman from Colombia, a mother, and a devoted walker of the red road, in service to sacred fire, altars, Temazcales, and awakolla medicine. For the past 10 years, she has supported others through therapeutic accompaniment rooted in integral healing traditions, including ancestral feminine wisdom, lunar sowings for women, ancestral gynecology, and uterine healing. Her work also includes the use of obsidian and its different geometries.
Johana is currently studying natural fertility and has trained in mixed international circles. Her background also includes pregnancy and childbirth as ceremony within the Mhuysca tradition, as well as placental medicine from the Mhuysca lineage.
She facilitates ancestral medicines such as ayahuasca, kambo, sananga, mambe, ambil, rape, and cocoa, learned through apprenticeship with a guide and through her own personal practice. Her intention is to share rites of passage, including the blessing of the path for pregnant families and future generations.
Leydi is the founder of the ETNEUF project in Colombian territory, created to support socio-family work. She is also a co-founder of malocas such as Atawaira in Medellin, Colombia, and Seeds Spiritual Center in Virginia, USA.
Her path with yage ancestral medicine was shaped through personal practice with Taitas and authorities from the Putumayo communities, including the Kitchwas (Isaías Muñoz Mancanilla) and Cofan (Isidro Lucitante Queta and Mayor Querubín Queta Alvarado), as well as guidance from ancestral coach facilitator Harold Gómez and Juan Carlos Arévalo (Arkawa).
Her bond of brotherhood with Nicolás Rubiano, co-founder of Seeds Spiritual Center, began 5 years ago through ancestral coach Harold Gómez. Since then, they have continued to support and hold one another in unity, walking together with the purpose of serving humanity from the heart and in coherence.
