I am a mother, friend, partner, and queer-identifying mixed woman of South Asian and Polish heritage. As a psychologist, writer, facilitator, and psychedelic coach, I move through life as a curious seeker and lifelong student. My own journey has been both expansive and challenging, shaped by moments of deep joy as well as profound hardship.
Life is, without question, a remarkable ride. In my therapeutic work, I have always held the understanding that I am not separate from the people I support; I walk beside them on the same path. With nearly two decades of experience as a psychologist, I have developed a deep appreciation for the complexity of the human experience.
Over time, I also recognized that traditional therapy often left out essential dimensions such as body awareness, connection with nature, and spirituality. My first encounter with psychedelics in 2018 opened a powerful chapter of healing, allowing me to access deeper layers of myself and work through wounds that conventional methods had not reached. During that period, I embraced somatic and ceremonial practices, and they revealed important gaps in my earlier approach.
Since then, I have woven these practices into my work, bringing together psychology, spirituality, and ceremonial elements to support clients in a more holistic way. For the past six years, I have been helping people through this integrative approach, creating a therapeutic experience that is both grounded and expansive.
My hope for the future is to restore our relationship with our own nature and humanity, so we can deepen our connection with ourselves, one another, and the collective. In that reconnection, we can heal and find authentic ways to express who we truly are.
I aim to co-create a therapeutic space that feels intentional and sacred. We begin by clarifying the intentions and goals that will guide our work together. From there, we allow the process to unfold organically, drawing on traditional psychotherapeutic methods while integrating spirituality in a way that aligns with each individual. My approach is integrative and may include somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems, Hakomi, and mindful self-compassion, always with deep respect for each client’s unique intersectionality.
