Her path into integrative wellness began at Harvard, where she studied the intersections of the History of Science, Psychology, Religion, and Human Development. This academic background, combined with somatic training and experience as an outdoor guide, shapes her teaching and program development, with an emphasis on how steady, mindful practice can create meaningful personal and collective change. Kacey is committed to cultivating an ecology of being and belonging that nurtures peace and presence for individuals and communities alike.
As a global citizen, Kacey has lived and worked in Brazil and India at international schools guided by values of equity, sustainability, peace, and unity. She continues to deepen understanding of these principles and their place in the world today, supporting self and others on a path of health and purposeful living. Kacey also maintains a small private practice in Virginia. Outside of work, she enjoys time in nature with her partner and pup, authentic relating games, community building, and grounding vata through kitchen experiments. She is honored to be part of the Kripalu community.
