My yoga path began six years ago with an unexpected class in Spain. I couldn’t understand a word the teacher said, yet I instantly fell in love with how the asanas made me feel. That curiosity led me to India in 2017, where I completed my initial teacher training in Hatha and Vinyasa, then spent a year traveling, exploring myself, and deepening my practice. I have returned twice since, and in 2019 I completed advanced teacher training with traditional Indian teachers in multi-style and therapy yoga. With a background in dance, I have also discovered a new passion for aerial yoga. Yoga and time on the mat have supported me through many of life’s challenges, and I am committed to helping others experience the same benefits. I love guiding people to deepen their mind-body connection and carry a sense of wholeness, peace, and self-acceptance into everyday life.
