Life coach and spiritual guide Gabe Crane has spent more than 15 years helping people move toward a more integrated way of living — one that supports health, well-being, and an honest connection to the heart and authentic self. He holds graduate degrees in East-West Psychology and Conflict Resolution from CIIS and Columbia University, and has trained extensively in somatic practices, meditation, Qigong, Process Work, and other mind-body-spirit modalities.
Curiosity and exploration have shaped his path from an early age. Gabe has backpacked and paddled canoes across multiple continents, studied spiritual and indigenous traditions in Israel, Peru, and beyond, and worked as a wilderness trail guide as well as on immersive cultural projects around the world. These experiences fostered resilience, presence, and a deep appreciation for human potential.
Some of his most meaningful lessons, however, came much closer to home. In recent years, Gabe faced a painful divorce, became a father, and relocated to Maui during the isolation of COVID. What many see as paradise became, for a time, a crucible of disorientation, self-doubt, and profound inner reckoning. With familiar structures stripped away, he was brought back to the “ground floor” of life, where he confronted his own patterns, limits, and inner authority.
From that place of vulnerability and humility, he discovered the beauty life offers when met with clarity, openness, and love. Today, Gabe primarily supports men in their 30s to 50s who have experienced relational collapse, identity upheaval, or major life transition. Drawing on both lived experience and decades of study, he helps them rebuild confidence, integrate their experiences without being defined by them, create healthier relationships, and live with greater purpose, values, and spirit.
