Francesca Barone is a naturopathic medical practitioner and holistic nutritionist devoted to root-cause healing through integrative, whole-person care.
Raised in the Midwest in the USA, she witnessed significant illness and suffering within her family and community, which inspired an early calling to serve. Leaving home at a young age, she set out on a path of global exploration that deepened her understanding of mind-body medicine and spiritual teachings.
Her work centers on helping others move toward vitality and wholeness by addressing the deeper origins of pain. Francesca supports clients in reconnecting with self-healing, compassion-based therapy, and a stronger sense of Spirit.
Since beginning her practice with shamanic healing and plant medicine, she has guided hundreds of clients in releasing trauma and emotional imbalance that had shaped their lives for years. Her approach offers intimate, grounded support as clients move beyond symptom-focused Western medical models and into a transformative process of uncovering the roots of illness, often connected to early childhood experiences.
As a trauma-informed practitioner and long-time student of Gabor Maté’s work, Francesca specializes in early developmental trauma, somatic healing, and addiction therapy. She is deeply committed to helping people discover emotional freedom and embodied aliveness through holistic healing practices.
After navigating her own path through addiction and disconnection, Francesca experienced a profound turning point during her first Ayahuasca ceremony, led by Shipibo maestros who remain lifelong teachers. Her reverence for the Shipibo lineage is a central devotion in her life, and she carries deep gratitude for the healers she works alongside.
Francesca believes every person deserves emotional freedom and sustainable health. Through her own healing journey, she has come to embody compassion and self-acceptance, and she encourages others to welcome every fragmented part of themselves with love.
A lifelong student and explorer, she continues to deepen her work with plant medicine, bridging ancient Indigenous wisdom with the Western world’s urgent need for collective healing.
