Emma brings a thoughtful, heart-led presence to every class, inviting students to experience the many benefits of yoga in a supportive and grounded way.
Her own path began during a period of burnout, when yoga became a powerful source of healing, renewal, and personal transformation.
With a background in psychology and more than 700 hours of yoga training, she has spent several years deepening both her practice and her understanding of yoga’s impact on body and mind. Trained in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin Yoga, Emma blends these styles to create balanced sessions that cultivate both strength and stillness.
She is passionate about helping others connect more deeply with themselves, live authentically from the heart, and embody their true essence.
In her classes, Emma offers a nurturing space where students can explore the harmony of mind, body, and spirit and move toward a more aligned, wholehearted way of living.
