Dr. Harikrishnan is the Co-founder and Medical Director of Ritu Ayurveda, India, with a strong background in classical Ayurveda and integrative wellness care. He earned his Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and later completed advanced training in Nadi pareeksha, or pulse diagnosis, at Sri Sri Ayurveda Hospital in Bangalore. His experience also includes serving as Head of the Ayurveda Department at Holy Family Mission Hospital in Tamilnadu, India.
Specializing in pulse diagnosis, he has led more than 100 medical camps in rural villages across India and has spent the past three years offering Ayurveda consultations, classes on external therapies, and lifestyle management in Spain. He has also organized numerous Ayurveda detox programs and retreats for guests from around the world, creating space for healing, education, and practical guidance rooted in authentic tradition.
