
Courtney Griffin is an ERYT 200 Hatha yoga teacher whose path into yoga began in her teenage years. Over time, what started as an interest in building strength and flexibility grew into a deep appreciation for the mental and meditative benefits of the practice. Yoga became a steady source of balance, offering space to step away from the demands of commuting and city life and return to a calmer state of mind.
In her classes, Courtney creates a safe, playful environment where students can connect movement with breath and discover their own moments of stillness. Her teaching style is warm and encouraging, with a strong focus on helping each person leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and reconnected to mind, body, and spirit.
