At 13, I lost my younger brother. At 21, I lost my father. At 25, I lost an eight-year relationship. By 27, I understood that these three losses were not only painful chapters, but defining lessons that led me to the life I live now—and to writing these words for you.
The only difference between pleasure and pain is perspective.
My performing arts practice began at the age of 4, and I came to yoga 17 years later. My theatre background keeps me connected to play and adventure, while my yoga practice grounds me in wisdom and discipline. Whether I am in a rehearsal room or a yoga shala, I am always drawn to creating stories that guide body and mind through a connected experience.
I value honesty and authenticity. I want to help people use suffering as a path toward greater awareness, so they can adapt to changing circumstances and remain happy no matter what is happening around them. I am deeply moved by the lessons of loss, the strength found in suffering, and the gift hidden within grief. Every painful moment in my life has, so far, pushed me toward becoming the happy, thriving woman I am today, and I want to share that insight with you.
I am here to support and teach students how to care for their mental and physical health, so they can wake up without overthinking and feel inspired to create a life of freedom and adventure. My role is to offer feedback, mentorship, and a loving presence for those who are ready for change, but who have not yet been able to build the habits needed for true transformation.
