Christina brings more than twenty years of experience shaped by the Shipibo tradition to the Soltara facilitation team. She is deeply inspired by earth-centered ritual and ceremonial medicines, and her devotion to the natural world informs the way she approaches healing. Drawing on her intuitive gifts, she supports people through transformative journeys, weaving together traditional wisdom and contemporary understanding.
Christina’s perspective reaches beyond established practices, with a focus on the deep healing that can arise when we welcome the full range of human experience. Guided by an empirical understanding of our ability to move through the many polarities within our emotional inner world, she seeks to help participants integrate their ceremonial experiences in a way that nurtures harmony and coherence within the authentic self.
Her facilitation extends beyond the immediate effects of plant medicine, inviting individuals to explore and accept the richness of their own human path. She believes that by fully engaging with the varied dimensions of existence, we can access parts of the psyche that hold keys to profound healing. She also sees the balance between inner and outer achievement as essential to human happiness, and as something that has been widely overlooked in the current paradigm. Through her guidance, participants are encouraged to connect not only with plant medicine, but also with the intricate fabric of their emotions, opening the door to self-discovery and holistic well-being.
Alongside her work as a facilitator, Christina is also an artist, blending creativity with spirituality and relational healing. Her expression is nourished by a deep relationship with nature, plant-based medicines, and the healing power of earth-centered connection. Her studies and interests have included mysticism, psychology, indigenous sciences & ceremony, alchemy, theosophy, trauma & somatics, and poetry. She holds certifications in several of these areas, while continuing to give most credit to the wisdom gained through honest self-inquiry within healthy community settings.
