With a background in architecture, she brings a thoughtful and highly embodied perspective to movement, space, and presence. Her path has been shaped by years of study and practice in dance, including extensive work with the Body Weather Laboratory, the movement practice created by Japanese dancer Min Tanaka. During several years in Japan, she studied with him directly and collaborated with him on multiple occasions.
Alongside this, she has deepened her exploration of body tactility and subtle awareness through the regular practice of seitai, including katsugen-undo and yuki, as well as training in shiatsu and movement. Her ongoing encounters with Akinobu Kishi and seiki have further informed her approach to attentive listening and embodied sensitivity.
She was also deeply influenced by Kashmir Yoga, a practice rooted in Tantric Shivaism, and studied it with Eric Baret. Her work reflects a refined blend of movement, inner listening, and presence, inviting a calm and conscious connection to the body.
