Bracha has spent more than 40 years studying and teaching Torah, Chassidus, and Jewish Mysticism, while also practicing yoga for nearly as long. Her work brings together body, mind, and soul through an integrated Jewish perspective that is both thoughtful and deeply grounded.
She studied Torah at Neve Yerushalyim, Machon Chana, and Bais Chana, and later taught at Machon and Bais Chana. Her yoga teacher training and therapy certifications were completed at Yoga Mountain under Gail Walsh, whom she continues to honor with gratitude. Bracha also continues her studies and advanced yoga training with Paula Heitzner.
She is registered with Yoga Alliance and certified by the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
Bracha’s teaching is rooted in a clear sense of purpose. She is especially inspired to guide observant Jewish women, offering a space where familiar Torah teachings can be experienced inwardly through breath, stillness, and mindful movement. Her approach invites students to explore ideas such as the Unity of Hashem, the oneness within creation, and the deeper connection between breath and soul.
For Bracha, yoga is not separate from Torah—it is a way to bring spiritual understanding into lived experience. She loves teaching both, but most of all, she loves sharing the integration of body and soul through Tiferet Movement.
“I have heard that every yoga teacher needs to answer the question, even if just to herself, why she is motivated to teach yoga. For me, teaching yoga to observant Jewish women is a real calling.”
One student described Bracha’s classes as invigorating and centering, noting that no two sessions are ever the same. The sequences are thoughtful and creative, always connected to the class theme, and leave participants feeling relaxed, nurtured, spiritually connected, and inspired to return.
