
Arianna Butler is a yoga, mindfulness, and meditation teacher with an RYT 200 qualification and a deep appreciation for slower, more restorative practices. Her teaching style is rooted in Meditation, Slow Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, and Yin Yoga, creating space for calm, reflection, and balance. In 2023, she developed a tailored programme of yoga classes for Teachers and SNAs, designed to support the pressures and demands of Primary School teaching through yoga, meditation, and breathwork.
With a gentle, nurturing approach, Arianna invites participants into a journey of self-care and mindfulness that helps restore energy and support everyday wellbeing. She completed her 200 Hour Training with Namaste House Yoga school and brings a thoughtful understanding of the needs of her community. Her work is especially well suited to fellow Primary School Teachers seeking practical ways to feel more grounded, replenished, and resilient.
